I took Clomid (clomiphene citrate) for 10 years, and I am trying to conceive again. I am on 100mg tablets, and it is working fine as long as I take it for a long time. I have been on Clomid for 4 years and have been trying to get pregnant for 5 years. I have a 3 year old boy, and he is a wonderful looking young man with a wonderful way of growing. I have been taking daily progesterone shots to boost my ovulation, and it has definitely helped. I am also a bit worried about the side effects of the Clomid. I would not want to take a pill for 3 years without a very thorough and well-regulated regimen. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the quick response. I did find that I was on Clomid for 7 years, and my doctor said my ovulation problems had improved. I was put on 50mg tablets, and it was working fine. But I am worried about the side effects. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to help with my symptoms? And I have been taking Clomid for 5 years now, and my doctor says I have ovulation problems. I am just worried about the side effects, and I just want to take it for a while. Thanks again.
I took Clomid for 7 years and my ovulation problem has improved. I have had a very healthy pregnancy for years now, but it has never happened to me. I have not had problems for 3 years now, and I just want to try to conceive again. I have been on 100mg tablets for a while, and my doctor has told me to take my hormones at a normal dose, and to take a progesterone shot at the usual dose.
